Urgent..please reply

I am appearing for ipcc exam in november 2011...its my second attempt...i have not cleared any of the groups but i have got exemption in accounts of group 1..i need to know that whether i have to fill partial passing details or not...or just column 13 i.e. of exemption details..i have a doubt regarding partial passing details that though i havent passed any of the groups..do i need to give the details of previous attempt like roll no. and all? please let me know...:)
