reg service tax , there are monthly calculations for paying service tax, and half yearly returns

I am asking about any inventory detail on monthly basis for excise dept. or for us

monthly inputs received detail's(cenvat credit taken) /  monthly capital received(cenvat credit taken) /service tax credit taken detail's/ ER-6 / online submited ER-1 copy along with excise duty payment challan copy. 

if the revenue is below 1 cr in preceeding year, then only ER-1 / PLA has to be submitted, 

if over 1 cr then credit taken / utilized in annexure -I will be submitted alongwith,

Yes Pankaj,

you should maintain RG-23 A-Part I for your input raw material. (Op. bal +Receipt-consumption=Cl. Bal)

Same as A-Part I you should maintain RG-23 C- I (Op. bal +Receipt-consumption=Cl. Bal)

Aslo you have to maintain RG-1 (Daily Stock Account) for your finish Goods. Same as

Op. Bal + Manufacture of Finish goods - Consumption for home use = closing balance. As per Excise act it is a mandatory record maintain by every asseessee which is registered under Central Excise. 

inventory details are to be maintained on daily basis at 6 pm in DSA ( RG-1) for your manufactured goods ( no entry on NIL entry dates, but it must be maintained when transaction appear on day basis)

Input receipt and consumption in RG23A-Part - 1 .....for raw materials and inputs - ( now assessee can maintain any record which display the inward entry / consumption / closing stock on daily basis in place of RG23A- Part 1)

Annexure - 1 for input credit availed and utilized with closing balanace ( monthly basis) (abstract of RG23A- Part II)
