I got urgent issue, i got a private limited formed in 2016 and filing of mca and itr of 2017-2018 done as there was sales.
But i dont have any sales from 1.4.2018 its all nil what will happend if i dont file mca filing and itr of company for 2018 - 2019 and further?
my company will be consider defunct or inactive? or i am simply going to jail? as i dont money to pay anything.

If for 2 years you dont carry business & file return your company will be declared inactive and name will be struck off from register after notifying u.

What about penalty and fee for non filing of IT and MGT returns who will be libale ? any chance of jail? you are life saver
Jail and all is in hands of ROC if you dont pay they will close company and may fine you.
Jail depends on case to case
