sir now today my query is very different and emotional please solve it and give some kindly consideration regarding this .
1 That my client (she) married and have some domestic dispute her husband.
2. Her husband is very rich and having a lot of property and conduct business of jewelery and mortgage loan against jewelery.
3. He has been earn a lot of money and property but not filled and showing in Tax return.
4. ultemately all earned money is black money .
now time she want to inform to income tax department regarding this that he has a lot of property and not to showing in income tax return.
5. also he mortgage a lot of jewelery of persons and deposited in his house .
6. that when she demanded some money he denied and hurt her always .
7. Under this please tell me how she informed to income tax department regarding this .
