Urgent help please

Nov 2015, as you have to complete 2.5 years of your Articleship training to be eligible for Final Level examination.

As far as I know there is no such rule. Please contact ICAI to confirm.

Yes u are eligible for may 2015 exams.... u are eligible to attempt ca final exam serving last 12 months of your Articles b.coz u are P.E - 2 stream...Serving last 12 months (including excess leave, if any) of articled training as on the first day of the month in which examination is held.

Dear Mr. GVGR

As mentioned in Para 2.D- (PE-II to IPCC)- it means i can appear for May-2015 exams in the light of following-

Date of Articleship Joining- 10/03/2013

Date of competeion Articleship would be - 09/03/2016 (3 Years)

So, last 12 months serving would be (10/03/2015) means eligible for May-2015 attempt right?

Please correct me if i am wrong

Yes u are right & u are eligible to write ca final in may 2015.

Simply mail to the student helpline email id provided on icai site or you can call them...

Still if they dont reply me msg me i will try another way...

It is confirmed.  You can also refer ICAI Guidance note for CA Final examination posted at https://icaiexam.icai.org/guide_final.php

You are covered under 4.2 (iii) "The candidate must be in service as on 01-05-2014 and serving the last twelve months of articled training including excess leave.,If any, and due to complete 3 years on or before 30-04-2015. (for PE-II stream student and PE-II stream students converted to IPCC) or..."

Yesterday i post query in the context of above matter to ICAI helpline and i got following reply from them-

"Dear student,                                                                                            ​28th May 2014

If you PE-II route student then you should be in service as on 1-5-2015 and remaining training including excess leave should be completed on or before 30-4-16 for May 2015 Final Examination

What you say guys....

now you can give exams na as u wanted...........
