A Handbook on Corporate And Allied Laws - for CA Final

Above book is more than enough but cover all practical problems from the main text book since handbook does not contain many practical problems.

Can you please elaborate what is the difference between above 2 books in terms of contents since both books are about 1100-1200 pages ?

1. Corporate and Allied Laws - CA Final - Text Book

In this book all sections & releted concepts are explained in detail with all the practical questions asked by the Icai OR ICSI  in the past exams.

2. A Handbook on Corporate And Allied Laws - for CA Final

This book is a summary or compressed form of the above book.One or two practical example are illustrated instead of all the practical questions of the past papers.

Apart from this it will make the reference to text book as & when required.

As far as exams are concered for 1st time reading prepare from the text book instead of hand book.

And u can go for handbook for revision.
