what is the basic difference between conveyance & travelling so as to classify them under different clauses chargeable at different rate.

Conveyance means when a person travel from one place to another locally whereas when an individual travels out of station then he is said to on tour and travel
conveyance mean the distance travel from residence to work place whereas the travelling expenditure include all over the world.
In a usual paralance, Conveyance means routine travel i.e. when a person travel from one place to another locally whereas when an individual travels out of station (not in usual way) then he is said to on tour and travel. Tour and Travelling attract 5% FB Rate whereas conveyance attract 20% FB. But, it is still doubtful whether expenses incurred on Lodging and Boarding while on travelling attract 5% or 20%.
