hello..im on audit of a pharmeceutical company..
tell me what is the procedure to get the expired medicines physically destroyed.. & then how to verify thesame.
if there should be any document to verify the same.. & if yes,
whether it should contain..date,timings, persons present, mode of destroying, place..etc..
please explain me in detail..

Dear Bharath,
It is not at all destroyed by us. You may contact your area distributor that the medicines are expired and ask them to take back. They only know the details of it destruction.Even if it is not possible for them to detory the same they can contact the Govt officials for that.
They issued debit notes for expired medicines you may use it for your audit purpose
