Urgent doubt-ca final law- pls help

Hi friends, Please help me to clear the following doubts related to  Law:

1) Sec 528 and 529. What do these sections state?Is it as follows:

       Sec 528: In the event of winding up , that debts are payable only if proved.

                       Is this proof required only in case of insolvent Co's ?

                                                               OR

                      Is the proof required in case of all liablities whether solvent/insolvent Co?

     Sec 529 : The section is stating provisions regarding " realisation of security by creditor" ?Please explain this?

2)Sec 283: Vacation  of office .Is it applicable only to public Co OR even to private Co?

Please help me as fast as possible.
