URGENT- conversion of propietorship firm to pvt co.

Hi read the precedure of part 9 company which is for conversion of partnership firm into company./forum/conversion-of-company-into-partnership-5277.asp

Part IX is for conversion of partnership into a company.

For conversion of proprietorship into a company either:

1) Form a new company with the main object of taking over of proprietorship convern. or

2) An existing company may by Business Purchase Agreement take over the business of an existing proprietorship concern.

SO that means there are two ways..

And this business purchase agreement . There mus be some format fro the same.

Can u provide it if u have or can anyone provide me with it.
