Yes. You can give salary in such a break up as it has nothing to do with PF registration.

But if your Company is in mandate to register for PF(ie. Employees is more than 20) and still not done or not willing to do then make sure for every employee basic and DA exceeds Rs.6500/- per month

how much tds deduted on monthly basis.
