if we change our registered office from delhi to haryana(NCR) , shall we pass Ordinary Resolution or Spl. Resolution..........since ROC is same & State is Different

Only a Special Resolution to be passed.
> Have to file a petition with the Central Govt.
> the Central Govt.'s order to be filed with the Registrar within 3 months of the order along with a copy of MOA
> The Registrar will register the same within 1 month from the date of filing
Pass a special resolution only.....subject to confirmation by Central Govt.
