See there is nothing like that that icai will ddeduct marks for theory and give marks for practical etc ...

U can easily score exemption in Law ...  many of them get exemption in law only 

ur having plenty of time and u can go easily for full group 1

Law - Munish Bandari    Hand Book is enough  

Auditing - Gurukripa 

SFM - Pattabhi Ram / Gurukripa  ( Superwizz Material is also Best )

Accounts - M.P.VIjay Kumar 

Go through them

GO through the illustrations given in Text Book , 

Go through the previous question papers ( Solved Scanner )
