Uploading of form 3cd, 3ca etc

Friends,

Wanted to know what is the latest situation for uploading of tax audit report in the IT website. like

1)who will upload the Form 3CD and 3CA -- the tax auditor or assessee

2) Can the 3CD be uploaded before filing of ITR or has to be at the time of uploading of ITR.

3) Will a scanned PDF version of 3CD be uploaded or there is some template which will be converted to xml and then uploaded.
