I already have business of construction (builder) and I had registered vat tin number under X company name with relevant category. But lately I am not using that.
Is it possible for me to change category and company name.under which this umber was registered with a new company name and different category. For example manufacturing

If a different entity has been incorporated to do business , then you will have to take new vat tin number except where old entity has transferred its business to new entity. Such change can be done through an application in the prescribed form.
And the nature of businesd and commodities can be revised by a simple letter on the letterhead.
