Upadated income tax return & refund

i have file updated return for fy 2022-23 for which i have refund. as per section 139(8a) i cannot claim refund while filing return for fy 2022-23.i have filed return by paying late filing fees & not claim refund as per second 139(8a). now my question is can i claim that unclaim refund in my fy 2023-24 return as previous year unclaimed refund???
