May pl let me inform that whether generating station (CPSU) situated in the state UP comming under the purview of UP VAT AUDIT. As per statute the end product is not vatable as well they are not availing any Input Tax Credit. Is it obligatory in the part of CPSU submit audit report to Assessing Officer.
