Can you pl. let me know whether unutilised leave at first employer can be carried forward to the next employer after transfer. I started my articles training in Oct 2006 and took transfer after 18 months in Apr 2008.
If im eligible for 150 days of total leave in 3 years of tenure & if i did not take any leave in my first term of 18 months articles before transfer, then can i take total of 150 days of leave in my second term of balance 18 months articles or i can take only 1/6th of my 2nd term.
