What is the treatment for Unpaid salary/wages in a company?
I heard it has to be transferred to a specific welfare fund after some time?
Is it specific to a state? Im in Tamil Nadu and jus wanted to know its appliablity. Could anybody shed light on this?
Also it would be nice if you could tell me which act this falls under (if possible with section number)
If you have claimed it as deduction you have t reverse it ffrom accounts. That only i know.
