My client has agriculture income of Rs 300000 for FY 13-14 with no other income, out of which he invested in LIC Rs 35000. Having agriculture income, it's exempt from tax. But i need to file a nil return with the same income. Could any one help me under which head should i need to file ITR???

In ITR-2 In schedule-Incomes claimed exempt u/s 10....
By entering so the same will be partially taxed by the tax return software or ITD ITR utility
In ITR 2, under exepmt income u/s 10.
The AMount Should be mentioned in Schedule EI- point No. 4.
On enering the amount the same shall be reflected in the Comutation of Total Income Sheet.
