sir,

can i claim unclaimed itc for june, july and oct 21 ITC for March 22 amounting 40000/-?

Yes, there is no any restriction, if it is available in GSTR 2A / 2B and eligible.

Yes,, you can claim the ITC for FY 21-22 until the due date for filing Sept 2022 GSTR 3B.
