We filed our FY 2012-13, Quarter-4, Form-26Q eTDS return on 08-May-2013. Also we have acknowledgement copy of TIN center. But till today (17-July-2013) TRACES is unable to provide Form-16A file. Following error appears "Statement is not available with TRACES at present". It's over a month and still no positive feedback received. Also helpline number say's. try next week. Even email is not replied by TRACES.
Please advice, if there is any other source to resolve this issue.
