I am regular dealer under vat but turnover is about 25 lakhs only, and i want to opt for composition scheme under GST but i am unable to fill the form as whenever i select the form it show a message access denied, can anyone help on this matter how to fill the form?

Has anyone been able to successfully submit the composition application.
I am constantly getting access denied message
OPTING FOR COMPOSITION SCHEME FOR MIGRATED USERS UNDER GST IS NOT ACTIVATED ON GST PORTAL AS OF NOW.
I called helpdesk...its still not resolved.
Please inform on this post if anybody resolves it.
When is the last date to apply?
30 days from 1 july is time limit
Please Go to Services --> Registration --> click on Application to Opt for composition Levy

completed composition application of 3 firms using above method, verified with evc, got successfully submission message on screen.
But no ARN or any other message on mail. Its been 6hrs now
