Hi, guys.... I'm not able to file GSTR3B for August. It is asking me to clear my pending liabilities first. But I already paid GST amount for July... And I don't have any purchases or sales for August month... How to file Aug 3b...

pl go on payment column and see what penalty incure in your ac pay first see cash ledger the amount you paid there then clear offset liablity without entering amount then file
if this are Aug GSTR 3B Then penalty are leived 200/ par day maximum 10000/ wether it is nill or else

yes first check your liabilities ledger
Ive checked liability ledger... It is showing that i have to pay 29000 but i paid it long back.... Now what to do....

Yes... Cash ledger is showing balance of tax amount... Now how to offset it... When i tried it is saying that balance is not sufficient....
Then you must be having some late fees to be paid

Submit is nothing but confirming your liabilities. Late fees is always for filing
If payment made then it will get credited in the ledger
you have only submitted but when you have filed
