How will they collect it...wont the registration gets cancelled if i dont file return for 3 months like in vat!!!

Yes... I agreed with Mr CA Altamush Zafar.,

You can pay Rs. 10000 late. Not only August it's continued your sep to Dec returns.

Bcoz, You don't file GSTR 3B for the month August then you can't file next month returns...

So, you ll be pay "Late Fee" continueeeeeeee...
