I am facing persistent issues while uploading 3CB & 3CD JSON files for FY 2024-25. Despite using the latest utility downloaded from the Income Tax Department website, I keep encountering JSON errors during the upload process.

Issue Details:

• Assessment Year: FY 2024-25
• Utility Used: Latest version downloaded from ITD portal
• Error: JSON validation/upload errors (specific error message to be updated)
• Platform: E-filing portal

Steps Already Taken:

1. Downloaded and installed the latest JSON utility from ITD website
2. Generated fresh JSON files multiple times
3. Tried uploading during different times of the day
4. Cleared browser cache and tried different browsers
5. Verified all mandatory field entries
