I am facing persistent issues while uploading 3CB & 3CD JSON files for FY 2024-25. Despite using the latest utility downloaded from the Income Tax Department website, I keep encountering JSON errors during the upload process.
Issue Details:
- Assessment Year: FY 2024-25
- Utility Used: Latest version downloaded from ITD portal
- Error: JSON validation/upload errors (specific error message to be updated)
- Platform: E-filing portal
Steps Already Taken:
- Downloaded and installed the latest JSON utility from ITD website
- Generated fresh JSON files multiple times
- Tried uploading during different times of the day
- Cleared browser cache and tried different browsers
