Unable to download form 15CB

Dear Team

I am unable to download form/receipts 15CB (PDF) from income tax site for last two days even X M L or json file can be downloaded

Form 15CB is very urgent need to be submit bank

Please advise if anyone has idea about this subject

Just call help desk number on Income tax web site .

This is a known issue that occasionally occurs on the Income Tax Portal, especially during system updates or high traffic. If XML/JSON files are downloadable but PDFs are not, it may be due to a temporary server-side error or browser compatibility issue.

You can try the following:

Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (updated version).
Clear browser cache or try using Incognito/Private Mode.
Avoid using mobile/tablet for downloads.
Try downloading during non-peak hours (early morning/late night).
If it still doesn’t work, wait for the portal to restore functionality, or raise a Grievance Ticket under the “Help” section.

Also, if you frequently prepare multiple 15CBs, consider using our Excel-based utility to generate and manage Form 15CA/15CB XML in bulk. This reduces dependency on the portal at every step.
