Udyog aadhar for bank current account

Hi,

I want to open current account for my proprietorship firm. udyog aadhar, PAN card along with any address proof (GST is not applicable as of right now), are  sufficient for opening current account in banks?

Yes.... It's sufficient for opening a current.

But, One think the premises is rented then Rental Agreement is mandatory...

Dear sir,

I have register myself aunder the scheme of Udyog Aadhaar. But nationalised/ Private bank deny to open current account with this scheme.

let me know can I argue against him ?

Yes... You can argue to the Bank Official...!
If they can't respond then complaint to Bank ombudsman.... and ask the reason...


@ Avinash Dubey.,

I don't know it's mandatory or not...
But, better is open Current Account for business transactions and Cash withdrawals...

banks are not accepting udhyog aadhar certificate for open a  current account for my business. what can i do ?

Only Some banks are allowed Udyog Aadhar to open a current bank account. you can try with the co operative society. even you can attach the CA Certification along with the Udyog Aadhar.
