Generally banks require 6 months gap however it can be convinced by the assessee..
As per Income Tax Act 1961 , you can file even on same day. But from loan perceptive , the lender may presume that you have filed only for this purpose.
so give enough time gap.
Yes Soniya u can file ITR for 2 AY's on same date. Further if the total income for the ay 2013-14 was less than exemption limit than you can clarify to manager that due to this reason the return was not filed.

ITR for 2 years can be filed on the same day.
But it can not be for 3 Years.
