Two industries under same company name

Dear sir

We are going to change our company name and we have two saprate industries under different name , in next month our company name change and both compay will under signal name 

now confuse is that one compay mfg plasic bottle and second  company purchase from him , after one name can we issue excise invoice to our compay by adding excise
