You can take two GST registration on same address if u satisfy the conditions of business vertical.

In My View.,
It's not available in two GSTIN in one address as same PAN...

Based on practical experience
Different PAN and same address
as GST is PAN based, you can have registrations = no of pan on same address

You can take two registrations provided both business segments are different.

I have 2 businesses of kids garment one is mine and the other is for my brother....we have taken 2 GST number on same address and seperate PAN number in gst registration....so my query is whether is it ok to proceed or not...??

U can take two gstn no when u both must be legal hier and the property of premises must be ancestral

Two GSTN No Taken in same address but the Proprietor different and business segments same one engaged in whole sales and others Retalis.

Is there any law in GST which restricts giving same address for 2 companies if they operate in same address? One company is currently being operated from this address & paying rent for the same to the owner. We are planning to start 2nd company & operate under the same address. We will have a rental agreement made with the existing company. Both have same business vertical
