You can take two GST registration on same address if u satisfy the conditions of business vertical.

as GST is PAN based, you can have registrations = no of pan on same address

You can take two registrations provided both business segments are different.
I have 2 businesses of kids garment one is mine and the other is for my brother....we have taken 2 GST number on same address and seperate PAN number in gst registration....so my query is whether is it ok to proceed or not...??

YES YOU CAN PROCEE
U can take two gstn no when u both must be legal hier and the property of premises must be ancestral

Is there any law in GST which restricts giving same address for 2 companies if they operate in same address? One company is currently being operated from this address & paying rent for the same to the owner. We are planning to start 2nd company & operate under the same address.
