Deduction available on payment basis: - Deduction under this section is available on payment
basis. Fees may be related to any period. For example fees paid for April ,may & jun 14 in March
2014 will be eligible for deduction u/s. 80C in A.Y. 2014-15

yes shivani is right
section 80 C says that any sum paid towards school fees excluding any development fees etc.
means only tuituion fees which was paid is eligible for deduction hence in your case in your case deduction is availabel in financial year 2013-14.
