No , As of now no mechanism to rectify GSTR 1 .....BUT to be on safer side and to make your claim legally sustainable (in future) you should  raise this issue/grievance at GST grievance portal .... just visit this weblink (  https://selfservice.gstsystem.in ) and raise your issue there in form of " Ticket " ...by this you will atleast have some proof in hand to prove your mistake were actually bonafied mistakes ...
