Yes, the limit is still 1 crore.
1 crore vide NN 46/2017-Central Tax, dated 13.10.2017
The Central Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act 2018, has only amended the proviso to Sec. 10(1) which empowers the government to increase the limit, subject to a maximum cap.
The said maximum cap has been increased to 1.5 crore, but since last increase to 1 crore, not further increase has been notified.
