I received Rs 10,00,000.00 for service provided and also received Rs 1,23,600.00 as service tax.Thus in total I received Rs 11,23,600/- In this case what will be my turnover? Rs 10,00,000/- OR Rs11,23,600.00.

Your turnover is service charge received for services provided ie. 10 lacs. Balance amount is service tax and is not an income of you. Regards
