Trust defect

Sir I am carry on non profitable trust of rehabilitation and in the financial year 22-23 I have filled my income tax return on ITR 5 by showing gross receipts 6.00 Lac and shown the loss for Rs 60000/- by paying the rent of building and salary to skilled person Now I am in receipt of notice under section 139(9) to defect ITR from the department not to got the audit whereas it is an AOP trust.That the department has demand the reply as Agree or Disagree with the department.Now I want to know what can I do.thanking you.
