Para 14.

Dividends stated to be in respect of the period covered by the financial statements, which are proposed or declared by the enterprise after the balance sheet date but before approval of the financial statements, should be adjusted.

Thnak you for your kind help. I want to know something more about this. As the Revised schedule (v) states that proposed dividend is not the present obligation for the company, then what is the solution provided for this conflict between AS and revised schedule (v). Waiting for your kind reply. Thank you.
