treatment of bill in GSTR 1

we are transporter

We issue bill without tax (for RCM payment). So is It Nil rated GST rate?

Means what is the treatment in GSTR 1 In which column no I will file D

Nil rated goods are not those on which no tax is payable these means those goods or services in respect of which under schedule specified under gst NiL has been mentioned .

no it is not nil rated you have to upload invoice in gstr 1 under B TO B and tick the button supply under rcm this will nor increase your tax liabiliry

follow steps
1- go to B2B
2- UPLOAD reciver gstn builty number .. value ... pos ... THEM OPTION YES SUPPLY ATTRACT REVERSE CHARGE .... then in 5% column fill bill value ... and save

just a small query sir RCM has deffrered till march / 18 still we need to show and pay tax?

after 13 oct 17 no RCM on unregistred purchase
but still you have to pay RCM on freight services and some more services

rcm is deffer for purchase from unregistered but for notified goods and services rcm is not suspended
