Transporter - income

Some Transporters are issuing BILTY in their name duly PAN printed on commission basis (Say A). But the owner of truck is difference (Say B). At the time of making payment, truck driver issuing us the said Bilty alongwith his PAN card copy. In this regards my query is, while making entry in our books in which name we have to credit the same. On Bilty (A) Name or PAN name i.e. truck owner (B).

You can pass entry in any of the parties name since in both cases reverse charge is applicable. But it is more logical to pass entry in the name of agent since you are taking service from him.
