my client have Bus transportation of passengers he getting income 42lakhs per year..

He also civil govt contractor. declared in GST returns
weather Transportation is taxable in GST or exempt or nill rated
please help me
Yes it's taxable in GST
As per Notification 11/2017 CT , rate is 5% without ITC, & 12% with ITC
