I received (Coocking Oil's) Goods From Transport Agency . This agency not having any register licence.
Now, shall i pay the GST on Transportation Under RCM. It is Elgible ITC or Ineligible ITC
Can you explain process flow for showing this information in GSTR-3B.
Assuming the transportation cost paid by you was in nature of furtherance of business. You are liable to pay GST on reverse charge basis @ 5% and not ITC will be allowed to you
In GSTR 3B the block 1 point d is appropriate place fo such supply. the same will be reflected in 4 (A) 3 and 4 (B) 2
