Yes... ITC can be taken if charged on invoice.

You can take ITC,but you need a invoice

loadmens we can get receipt vouchers only. how?

You can use the cash voucher for the expense of Unloading.
yes available if charged
Sir you have not received any gst invoice for unloading how can you claim itc, I think they are unregistered then no question of itc. As regards freight if the transporter has given you gst invoice then you can claim itc otherwise you have to pay tax under reverse charge and claim credit. I think you have received invoice for goods and for freight separate biltty

When you not recived Invoice,so you not take input tax credit,Otherwise you pay tax under reverse charge & claim it

Hi dears.,

I think as per query here get bill for freight. But, He can't get bill for unloading charges. So, he ask how will account the unloading charges... that's all...

exactly right Raja sir,

Yes.... Dear and Thanks.

It's normal / regular activity. Load mens can't give any bills. Then we can just prepare cash voucher and account it...
