In case of Transmission of Shares no transfer deed is to be executed but my question is whether we need to note the details of the transferee at the back of physical share certificate as we do in case transfer of shares. if not then how the Transferee will become the holder of such Share Certificate. Please help me to resolve my query...

Yes, in case of transmission, transfer deed has not been executed. In such cases the transmission took place on the basis of Death Certificate of the decesed shareholder and the succession certificate/ will and Affidavit and Indemnity Bond send by the beneficiary.
In the case of transmission as well the name of the new holder is put on the back side of the Share Certificate.
