If he is eligible to take credit of the same under earlier law (under the definition of 'input' and 'input service') and also eligible under GST, he can take credit. The key is that it should be eligible credit.
all works contractor eligible or only who has covered under notification 26/2012 notification ?
Whether Works contractor who is not covered in notification 26/2012 service tax is eligble for the same ?
