transistion scheme for pe-2 students

from the following information available on the icai website we can conclude that  no question of appearing in pcc nov 2009 for pe-2 students (joined on graduaton basis) and not sure of their success. it is only nov ipcc

Professional Competence Course (Registration discontinued with effect from 1st July, 2009. All students should now register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) to pursue their Chartered Accountancy course).
