My query is
X private limited has Resident and non Resident share holder, now Non resident wants to transfer his shares to Resident.
As per my knowledge following procedure has to be follow
1. FCTRS has to be submitted within 60 days from the date of making payment to NR
2.Share valuation certficate issued by CA has to be submitted
Apart from above requirement if any other documents need to be submitted to RBI kindly inform.

2) Copies of FIRC
3) CA Certificate
4) Declaration from buyer/ seller
5) Share transfer form and share certificate copy (endorsements)
6) Undertaking by the company
7) Shareholding patten by the company 8) 7) the Form FCTRS has to be endorsed by AD
8) COPY of COI + MOA+AOA
