Transfer of shares

shares worth 2 crore have been transferred from my parents (mother) demat a/c to mine. as i understand this is tax exempt as it is from parent to son. will there be a problem if i don't show it in my returns?

This is exempted gift in the form of shares. It is not to be shown in Return
It's a exempted income..Not required to be shown in ITR but try to show in computation for your future reference
Not required to show such transaction in your ITR.

Transfer of Shares from Parents to Children is an EXEMPTED Transfer.
