I want to transfer residential property in Mumbai from my brother to sister (me).Kindly guide me what is the procedure and will gst be implemented on transfer, if yes how much?

No GST shall not be attracted on transfer of immovable property(IP).sale of building(IP) after obtaining completion certificate or after its first occupation will not attract GST.

Goverment not left any corner of taxes , stamp duty levy on immovable properties.
