A company has two factories under central excise act. what are the compaliance procedures when the goods are transfered form one factory to another
a) will factory 2 take cenvat credit of goods transfered
b) is there any declaration form

in this case you are transfer the goods under Job work challan, this goods return back with in 180days. in the condition of Finished or semifinished or as such .

If you have to Trf the Input / Capt Goods to another plant then you have to send this material on Invoice with Excise duty, and another plant will take cenvat credit of this material
