A Ltd. merged into B Ltd. A Ltd. had registrations under Excise, VAT, Income Tax, PAN, PF, ESI,Factories Inspector, Import-Export code, etc.
Can these various registrations/ licenses be transferred in favour of the merged entity or should they be surrendered?

Excise Dept. is prohibited transferred to the Excise Registration but I cannot say others law may be transferred. Plz study carefully. If you cannot do this after some days I will be provided the same remedies
